Body Camp

Not your ordinary boot camp! This 55 minute, strength based class in a small group setting features stations of functional exercises designed to sculpt lean muscles. Body Camp lays a foundation of strength and mobility for running, spinning and other activities of daily life. If you are looking to build a more robust level of strength using a number of modalities like kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, and more, this is the class for you!

Training for Warriors

The TFW system began as a fitness program originally created for some of the best combat athletes in the world more than 15 years ago. This workout uses sprinting paired with other exercises to help burn fat, build muscle and feel good. Being the first affiliate of the TFW System in New York, NY, Body Space Fitness will have you join the tens of thousands of people around the world that have experienced the fun and exciting workouts of the TFW system. At Body Space Fitness, we will help you to bring out your inner warrior!

Metabolic Burn

Our cardio and endurance based class. These 55 minutes are filled with high intensity, calorie burning, low impact exercises using a wide variety of toys such as, but not limited to, sleds, battleropes, ViPRs, sandbags and Airdyne bikes. This class, focused more on endurance than strength, gets your heart rate up with 40 second intervals where you do the most amount of reps possible in the allotted time.


This technique-driven class is guaranteed to challenge your mental and physical toughness. By the end of the session, you will have a detailed understanding of boxing fundamentals. This includes beginner to intermediate technique, where you will learn stance, evasive movement, footwork, as well as offensive and defensive tactics. While developing a team atmosphere, students will learn the theory behind the fundamental movements they are taught. One of the unique aspects of BSF’s boxing class is that participants will understand not only how to throw punches, but also how to coach their partners. This is a non-contact cardio conditioning class. Boxing gloves and wraps are provided, but it is highly encouraged to bring your own gear if possible.

Kettlebell and Core*

Kettlebell and Core is for those looking to take their workouts up to a high level using basic and advanced kettlebell moves and techniques, combined with various core exercises to create a great total body workout. The class integrates bands, slides, and TRX’s moves in combination with Kettlebell exercises. Students will learn all about building “complexes” for a metabolic challenge that’s sure to help get you results. Kettlebell and Core is for those already training at a high level, wondering how to put kettlebells to use more effectively in their workout. This is not your beginner’s level class!

Cardio Strength

A density set-based workout consisting of 5-10 minute rounds of 4 to 6 exercises that turn a strength training into an ass-kicking, fat burning sweat session! Since there’s not a set number of rounds to complete, density sets allow you to work up to your own potential. You’re free to add additional rounds and/or lift more weight in order to create a challenge that’s specific to your abilities and goals! Be sure to return to class a few times a month to measure your progress from one session to another.
