Body Camp 2.0: Sweat & Lift
Our two, brand-spanking new large group classes. The name Body Camp refers to our signature class, which will have two variations: Sweat and Lift. These 55 minutes are filled with high intensity, calorie burning, low impact exercises using a wide variety of toys such as, but not limited to, sleds, battle ropes, ViPRs, sandbags and Airdyne bikes. This class focuses on maximizing your time spent with your heart elevated using timed intervals. Like all our original group classes, the 55-minutes follow BSF signature format of training, which includes everything from our dynamic warm up to get your body ready to move, to our finishers which put your lungs and muscles to the true test.
What makes this class different from our original classes? Even though each class still comes with a total body workout, some days will emphasize specific parts of training (upper body, lower body, core, Metabolic focus etc.)

Kettlebell and Core*
Kettlebell and Core is for those looking to take their workouts up to a high level using basic and advanced kettlebell moves and techniques, combined with various core exercises to create a great total body workout. The class integrates bands, slides, and TRX’s moves in combination with Kettlebell exercises. Students will learn all about building “complexes” for a metabolic challenge that’s sure to help get you results. Kettlebell and Core is for those already training at a high level, wondering how to put kettlebells to use more effectively in their workout. This is not your beginner’s level class!
