Program Design

For those of you who already have training experience (or body knowledge), and still aren’t getting results, we can design a fitness program for you. After conducting your Body Space Assessment, we provide you with a detailed and customized plan that you can complete on your own time—and in your own space. You need to check in weekly by phone and/or Skype, so we can keep track of your progress, and ensure consistent gains.
