COACH Xenia Krysteck

Born and raised in Berlin, Germany - Xenia was always the “Sporty” child in her family. She grew up as a swimmer (even winning the Berlin Championships. Swimming was my first love, which even after my personal career was over, I was never truly able to break up with.

After moving to the US in 2019, she started working as a Swim Coach here in NYC. If there’s one thing she loves more than being an athlete - it’s seeing other people win, motivating them to dream big, reach their goals and celebrate their accomplishments - leading her to coaching at BSF!

Some say Xenia has a severe case of resting European face, but she’s most likely to be found performing weird dance moves during her own workouts somewhere in the gym. You’ll also find her a** kicked in Muay Thai classes - she started as a newbie last year and is now obsessed!
