    COACH Christine O'Leary-Torde

Christine has always had a love for movement and sports. She grew up an athlete playing almost every sport, but fell in love with Lacrosse and Soccer.  She played lacrosse at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield CT, which is how she ended up in NYC! Christine originally graduated from business school and worked in Digital Advertising at some of the top agencies and start ups in the world while being an instructor. However, her love of fitness and passion for helping others ,took her from part time instructor and coach
